“All AI Know About Leopards” es una serie compuesta por dos videos y seis poemas, y explora el aprendizaje de máquina desde la perspectiva de Olympa, una inteligencia artificial en sus primeros años de desarrollo. Utilizando la categoría de objeto leopards del catálogo Caltech101 como referencia, esta pieza reúne gráfica y video para hablar de visión artificial, procesamiento de datos y generación de contenido a través de motores de I.A.

 

“About Leopards” es un documental de 60 minutos que recopila videos de diversas fuentes de Internet que van acompañados de un guion escrito y narrado por una I.A, alimentada también por artículos sobre leopardos. En el segundo video, “Big Captchas”, una I.A resuelve CAPTCHAS basadas en imágenes de leopardos obtenidas del catálogo Caltech101. Por último, “About Leopards”, “Black”, “Orange”, “Eyes”, “Cars”, and “Violence”” es una serie de seis poemas impresos en litografía, que fueron generados por otro motor de I.A. a partir de la combinación de palabras clave y seleccionados entre más de 200 opciones. El carácter emocional y abstracto de los poemas, así como su tono poético y sombrío, destaca el dominio de las I.A sobre el lenguaje humano y su capacidad para aprender sobre la marcha a través de iteraciones.

“All AI Know About Leopards” is a series composed of two videos and six poems that explores machine learning from the perspective of Olympa, an artificial intelligence in its early years of life. Using the Leopards object category from the Caltech101 catalog as a reference, this piece puts together printings and videos to talk about computer vision, data processing, and content generation through A.I. engines.

 

“About Leopards” is a 60-minute documentary that compiles videos from various Internet sources that are accompanied by a script written and narrated by an A.I., fed by articles about leopards. In the second video, "Big Captchas", an A.I solve Captchas based on images of leopards, obtained from the Caltech101 catalog. Finally, “About Leopards”, “Black”, “Orange”, “Eyes”, “Cars”, and “Violence” is a series of six poems printed in lithography, which were generated by another A.I. engine using as input a combination of keywords.  They were selected from more than 200 options for their poetic and dark tone. The emotional and abstract nature of the poems highlights the dominance of A.I. over human language, and its ability to learn on the progress through iterations.
